Is EMV cloning with ARQC dead? Legit sources?

Hi this is my first thread.
I tried to buy items in the self-checkout section of a store 15 times and it never works.
I tried multiple dumps from different sites and IST files. Im using ARQC, I tried multiple programs but still doesnt work.
I know it can be done but i cant get to the source of the people who know. 
Who can help me. Lets work together, 2 people go faster than one.

You are doing it wrong. Dont use IST files or ARQC or any software that requires IST. Are you using correct software and card? Also are you writing it following proper steps, and what dump sites have you tried and what bank is the dump. Check tele.
