Add button to whisper

Whispering works when clicking on user, but on mobile, you wont have an option to right click. Therefore it would be good to have a command like /w or /whisper @username to whisper or having a button like the delete one on your own messages

in pc right click on name and click on whisper
in mobile type /pvt uid and type message
