rep+ problem

As i could find out you can easily rep someone 4X times a day so its can cause rep boosting (i tried it so you can remove it or sth   )

He is right Reps are supposed to mean something , but when everyone has free range to do as they want it sends a extremely bad message to the community.

Not to mention its a bad idea to allow the same user to give multiply Reps instead of 1 Rep only

And users should have to meet a requirement to even leave a Rep

if you ever want REPS to mean anything more than just another user Stat
