You can not generate discretionary data. Thats random and can only be found in the magnetic strip, so you can only get it from a dump, not a cc or cvv.

I get why you are trying this, to have cardholders phone, dob, ssn and the info they give you with the ccs but not possible unfortunately. Also message me, lets work.
