1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. All products and informational materials are intended solely for demonstration and informational purposes.

1.3. We do not provide advice regarding the use of the products. The client assumes all responsibility (including legal and financial) for the use of the received items.
1.4. Clients are not required to disclose the purposes of using the products. This information is not requested and should not be provided.
1.5. The service administration reserves the right to refuse service or terminate cooperation without providing a reason.
2. COMMUNICATION FORMAT
Interaction is carried out exclusively in text mode.
The service does not support telephone conversations, voice messages, or in-person meetings.
3. ORDERING AND COMMENCEMENT PROCEDURE
3.1. An order is considered accepted after receiving full prepayment and all necessary data for layout development.
3.2. When using an escrow service, the deadline countdown begins from the moment funds are deposited into its account.
3.3. For direct payment, work begins from the moment the approved technical specifications are received.
3.4. Products are created based on the service's internal templates. We do not guarantee full compliance with any specific originals.
3.5. Quality corresponds to the samples presented in the catalog (photographs and video materials).
3.6. All requirements for detail and quality must be agreed upon by the client before the order is submitted for production.
4. ORDER FULFILLMENT DEADLINES
4.1. The specified deadlines are approximate and are calculated in business days (weekends and holidays are not counted).
4.2. Requests received after 4:00 PM Moscow time are registered from the next business day.
4.3. Deadlines may be extended in the following cases:
聽 聽 - Provision of incomplete or incorrect technical specifications.
聽 聽 - Need for additional approvals.
聽 聽 - Delays on the part of logistics services.
聽 聽 In these situations, the service is not responsible for changes in deadlines.
4.4. An order cannot be canceled after production has started, even if the stated deadlines have expired.
4.5. If an order is canceled at the client's initiative after work has begun, the prepayment is not refunded.
5. WORKING WITH LAYOUTS AND MAKING CHANGES
5.1. Before production, a digital layout is provided to the client for approval.
5.2. Written confirmation of the layout constitutes permission to commence manufacturing.
5.3. All changes after layout approval are considered a new order.
5.4. If the result does not meet the client's expectations due to inaccurate data provided by them, the order is considered properly fulfilled.
6. QUALITY CONTROL AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
6.1. Once the order is ready, photos and video materials of the item are sent to the client.
6.2. The client has the right to request additional materials to check the quality.
6.3. Client confirmation of product readiness based on the provided materials is the basis for arranging shipment.
7. STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR FINISHED PRODUCTS
7.1. Finished products are stored in the warehouse for 10 business days from the date of notification of readiness.
7.2. In the absence of feedback and confirmation for shipment within this period, the products are subject to disposal.
7.3. If the client does not make contact within 5 business days after notification, the order is considered accepted, and the service's obligations are considered fulfilled.
8. DELIVERY TERMS
8.1. Delivery is carried out worldwide via services agreed upon with the client.
8.2. The client must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
8.3. After the order is transferred to the courier service and a tracking number is received, changing delivery data is impossible.
8.4. Errors in the address or impossibility of receipt lead to the product being considered lost. Re-manufacturing is paid separately.
8.5. The service is not responsible for the work of courier services after the shipment has been transferred to them.
