💎 CASE: “SILENT DECLINE” IN KYC INDONESIA (PASSPORT + ADDRESS)

The client came with a task to pass verification on the **RRZ** platform (KYC Level 1–2).
Standard requirements: Indonesian passport + proof of address (utility bill / bank statement).

Initial state:
▪ clean passport, never used before
▪ address – Seabank bank statement
▪ document photos without obvious errors

⚠️ Problem
After submitting the documents, the platform gave no errors or comments, but verification failed.
A classic “silent decline”.
