What is the minimum transaction amount?
The current minimum amount for mixing is 0.000595 BTC.
For Exchange operations involving alternative cryptocurrencies, the current minimum amount and exchange rate are displayed directly on the Exchange page.
Is there a maximum transaction limit?
No. There is no maximum limit for either mixing or Exchange operations. We are ready to process transactions of any volume.
What is the fee?
The fee ranges from 2% to 4.5% + 0.0003 BTC.
Why is the fee not fixed?
The exact percentage fee is intentionally variable.
This is part of our transaction-processing model designed to improve privacy.
If the same fixed percentage were applied to every order, the relationship between the deposited amount and the final payout would become more predictable.
A variable fee introduces additional differences between incoming and outgoing amounts, making analysis based on amount matching and value correlation significantly more difficult.
This is one of the mechanisms we use to improve transaction privacy.

We use a multi-stage transaction-processing and fund-routing mechanism.
Funds are not simply forwarded directly to the destination address — they pass through multiple stages of internal processing and independent routes.
Our mechanism is designed to break the direct transaction relationship between incoming and outgoing flows, allowing you to receive clean funds without direct transaction links, traces, or obvious correlations.
How is user privacy protected?
We do NOT collect or permanently store data about your visits, transactions, requests, etc.
NO JS: our clearnet version uses JavaScript only where required for visual/interface functionality, while our TOR version is implemented completely without JavaScript.

What is Exchange used for?
Unlike classic BTC-to-BTC mixing, the Exchange functionality allows users to process and exchange one cryptocurrency into another.
The currently supported alternative assets include ETH, USDT TRC20 and USDT ERC20. XMR can also be selected as an output currency.
When using Exchange, funds go through processing mechanisms designed to reduce direct transaction links between the original and resulting assets.
Why are the Exchange fee/minimum amount not always displayed in advance?
For Exchange operations, the fee and minimum transaction amount may vary depending on market conditions and the selected assets.
For this reason, we do not publish a single fixed value that could become outdated or misleading.
You can always see the exact transaction parameters before proceeding (simply select the required currencies and enter the amount).
What is a Letter of Guarantee?
A Letter of Guarantee is generated individually for every order and provides verifiable information related to the corresponding transaction.
We always recommend keeping the Letter of Guarantee until your transaction has been fully completed.
What is a PGP fingerprint and how does verification work?
A PGP fingerprint is the unique fingerprint of our official PGP key.
It allows you to verify that a document or Letter of Guarantee was genuinely signed by MixTwix.
This helps protect users against fraudulent payment details, modification of order information after creation, and the absence of verifiable transaction terms in the event of a dispute.
How to verify PGP:
- Download the official MixTwix PGP key from our website
- Open it using any compatible PGP verification tool
- Insert the downloaded MixTwix PGP key and the Letter of Guarantee generated during order creation
- Click Verify Signature
If the fingerprint matches and the software shows Valid Signature, the document was signed using the official MixTwix key and has not been modified after signing.
